I’m a presence‑centered guide who walks with people in the in‑between places — the seasons when old stories loosen and something quieter, truer begins to rise. My work is shaped by three decades of clinical practice, a lifetime of listening, and the unexpected teachers that arrive through grief, ritual, and the ordinary rhythms of a human life. I believe that change happens in the small, steady moments when we feel seen, accompanied, and invited back into our own wisdom. In our work together, we move slowly, with breath and story and the kind of attention that lets new meaning take root.
